Care & Share Food Support Program
The Care & Share program offers help to those in the Pond Mills and Glen Cairn communities who are struggling and need emergency assistance with food for their family. Volunteers from Chalmers work in pairs to prepare and distribute the food to those in need. An appointment is required to come and pick-up food on Wednesday afternoons between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Families may visit ONCE per month.
To set up an appointment, please call our church office at 519-681-7242 or send an email on TUESDAYS before 12pm (include your name, address, phone number and the number of adults/children in your household).
*Please Note: Chalmers' food bank serves an area from the Thames River, Highbury Ave South, Bradley Ave, Pond Mills Road, and the train tracks (see map below).
